Privacy and consent

This beta portal collects account contact details, citizen or employer registration details, verification request history, consented photo/citizenship images and centre appointment records. Images are encrypted privately, malware-scanned and reviewed by authorized staff. Booking and attendance do not collect or verify biometric templates; biometric capture requires a separate centre process and consent. These records are used to operate your account and support staff verification review.

Citizen identity details remain private to the citizen and authorized staff. An employer receives the request status through this portal after the citizen consents. An employer cannot search for or browse citizen profiles or documents.

Contact details and registration information are self-declared until independently verified. Creating an account, completing a form, and accepting a request do not prove identity, employment, or business registration.

Your actions and consent decisions are recorded in a private audit history. Submitted requests retain the registration details supplied at the time; later profile changes apply to future requests. Records are retained for verification and audit review; this beta does not automatically delete submitted records.

Keep your password and recovery code private. Share your citizen reference only with employers you expect to make a request. You can decline an employer invitation before it enters review. For questions about a submitted request or withdrawal of consent, contact the authorized verification staff through Precious Nepal, quoting only your request reference. Do not send identity documents or recovery codes by ordinary email.

SMS and email verification are pending activation. No contact is marked verified solely because you registered.
